Pioneering, persistent, and hardworking, Florence Giovani is an Indonesian film producer. Her ambition is to breathe fresh air into the Indonesian film industry and bring it to international audiences. To achieve that, she needs to balance the idealism and commercial aspects in her films. She always tries to make films with a deep story and value. Building a film production house is not an easy job for everybody, especially for a mom. But Florence managed to do that at a very young age. Florence is determined to bring local stories to global audiences and combine them with commercial aspects in the film industry.
Fun Fact
As a successful film producer, Florence studied graphic design and communication visuals in college, which doesn’t relate at all to her job right now.

Selected for Southeast Asian Producers Network 2021 at the Singapore International Film Festival
Her first feature film, Akhirat: A Love Story, was the 15th highest-grossing Indonesian Film in 2021

PUTRI ARIANI, 18

Determined, fearless, and inspirational, Putri Ariani is the first Indonesia’s Got Talent winner with a disability (blind condition) in the 2014 season. In 2023, at the age of only 18, Putri Ariani got a golden buzzer from Simon Cowell in America’s Got Talent and placed fourth in that season. In 2024, she released a song called “Who I Am” and collaborated with Alan Walker, one of the most successful DJs in the world. Even though she faces many barriers and bad stereotypes as a person with a disability, she always overcomes all of that with strong beliefs and determination. She hopes that one day, she could be a diva who can contribute to the world through music.

Putri learned music since she was two years old.

Free, happy, and a little bit forgetful, Mui is an artist in almost every sense of the word - following her hobbies and interests wherever they lead her. Her humble beginnings taught her to be resourceful and not to take herself too seriously, favouring collecting “interesting failures” over worldly accolades and recognition. When she’s not working on a script or art exhibition, you’re likely to find her in her happy place: out on the mat, practising Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. She’s currently in training for her next competition!

Hypercreative, eclectic, and compassionate, Limzy has pursued her love of art with confidence and determination, taking herself from a hobbyist and art teacher to being recognised by Top10Asia as one of the most talented artists in Malaysia. Her collections of artwork created with everyday materials such as stones, leaves, flowers, and even alphabet macaroni are emblematic of her belief that everyone should be able to express themselves through art - not just those who can afford expensive art supplies. Since becoming a mother, Limzy’s responsibilities have grown, but she hopes to challenge herself to run an overseas art exhibition in the near future.
